# launchproof

> launchproof is a Claude Code and Codex plugin that turns a finished project folder into a public-ready GitHub repo and a launch plan. It scans the full git history for personal emails, home paths, secrets and private names; writes the README (proof, sourced comparison, limitations, FAQ), community health files, CI, release notes, llms.txt, AGENTS.md and a GitHub Pages page with JSON-LD; scores the repo with a 0 to 100 checklist and fixes gaps; and drafts launch posts. It never pushes, publishes or posts. No API key: it runs on the agent's own model with a standard-library Python helper. MIT licensed.

Install: `claude plugin marketplace add deserteaglemj/launchproof` then `claude plugin install launchproof@launchproof` (Codex: `codex plugin marketplace add deserteaglemj/launchproof` then `codex plugin add launchproof@launchproof`). Use: `/launchproof` in a project folder.
